Returning A Product To Voiplink
3 Easy Steps
We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Voiplink. When you need to return a product to us, please follow the three steps listed below to make sure your return is handled promptly and efficiently.
1. Review The Applicable Product Warranty Policy
Please review our Limited Warranty Policy.
2. Create An Online RMA For Your Item
Once you have determined that your product is eligible for return, you will need to create an online RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so we can identify it. We ask that all RMA's be requested online for maximum efficiency.
3. Send The Product To Voiplink
Once your RMA has been approved we will send you several emails. You will need to print out two of these emails and include them with your package(s). Please do not use the manufacturer packaging as the shipping container. It is necessary to double box your return to ensure safe delivery.
